Data limitations

Source coverage varies by area. Every report states its data-confidence level, and low confidence means exactly what it says — the ranking is a shortlist to verify, not a conclusion to act on unchecked. Competitor counts reflect the last data refresh and may omit recent openings.

Execution risk

No model can account for management quality, staffing, supplier reliability, landlord negotiation, licensing delays or local regulation. These frequently determine outcomes more than location does.
