1. Who we are

Map my Franchise ("we", "us") operates a geospatial franchise and location intelligence platform for the Indian market. These terms govern your use of the platform and any reports you purchase from it.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate registration details and verify your email address before purchasing. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. What you are buying

Each purchase is a one-time entitlement — a "plan" — to a single intelligence report at a fixed scope. SiteFinder covers one franchise in one city. FitFinder covers one area in one city. A plan is not a subscription and grants no ongoing access to the analytical engine beyond the scope purchased.

4. Scope is final

The scope of a plan is displayed for your confirmation before payment. Once payment is confirmed the scope is permanently fixed and cannot be changed, transferred to another city, franchise or area, or exchanged. Additional scopes require additional plans.

5. Delivery

Reports are generated asynchronously and are normally available within minutes. A plan is marked consumed only once a report has been successfully delivered. If generation fails, your plan remains usable and you may retry at no additional cost.

6. Acceptable use

You may use reports for your own business decisions and may share them within your organisation or with your advisers and lenders. You may not:

• resell, sublicense or publicly redistribute reports or the data within them
• attempt to reconstruct the underlying datasets or models in bulk
• access the platform by automated means beyond any API we expressly provide
• circumvent access controls, entitlement checks or rate limits

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its models, scoring methodology and report templates remain our property. You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive licence to use the reports you have purchased for your own business purposes.

8. No warranty of outcome

Analytical and financial outputs are decision-support estimates. They are not guarantees of business performance, profitability, franchise approval or investment returns. We provide the platform on an "as is" basis and do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the report giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including lost profits or business opportunity. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under applicable Indian consumer protection law.

10. Third-party data

Reports incorporate data from third parties, including OpenStreetMap contributors under the ODbL. Your use of reports must respect those licences. Franchise commercial terms are drawn from published disclosures, are indicative, and must be confirmed with the franchisor directly.

11. Suspension

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used fraudulently, or presents a security risk. Where we terminate without cause, we will refund any unconsumed plans.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in-product. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The terms in force at the time of your purchase govern that purchase.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
