BrandReach / For franchisors & brand owners

Represent your franchise with your own numbers.

Bring your franchise's commercial terms, operating requirements and expansion priorities into the catalogue behind SiteFinder and FitFinder through a reviewed onboarding process.

Where your profile contributes

Better inputs.
More relevant decisions.

A franchise profile needs more than a description. Accurate commercial and operating inputs help the engine assess where your brand fits—and where it does not.

This is the SiteFinder catalogue, where approved BrandReach profiles contribute to the analysis. It is not the BrandReach submission screen.

Replace relevant defaults

Submit your fees, royalty, investment range, margin assumptions and area requirements. Supplied figures replace the relevant format defaults after publication.

Declare where you want to grow

Your published profile is considered in recognised cities where you already operate or have explicitly declared an expansion priority.

See interest at city level

After publication, see aggregate counts when FitFinder buyers save your brand as a finalist. Investors' identities, contacts and property details stay private.

How BrandReach works

A clear path from your terms to an engine profile.

Prepare your submission, resolve review questions and follow the publication decision. Approved profiles enter the catalogue under the same fit rules as other brands.

  1. Build your submission

Gather your commercial terms, operating requirements and expansion cities. Save a draft and return to complete it across multiple sessions.

  2. Work through the review

Payment starts validation and structured human review. See findings, a readiness checklist and reviewer questions in an attached clarification thread.

  3. Publish on approval

An operator decides whether to publish or decline the submission. Approved profiles enter the catalogue under the same fit rules as every other profile.

Before you decide

The details,
when you need them.

Prepare your inputs, check the scope and explore the questions that matter to your decision.

What to prepareYour terms, ready for review.

Prepare the information your team can stand behind. Supplied commercial terms and operating requirements give the review something concrete to assess.

Commercial terms

  • Franchise fee, royalty and total investment range
  • Setup, equipment and working-capital needs
  • Revenue and margin expectations, with their basis

Operating requirements

  • Minimum and maximum floor area
  • Location types, equipment and infrastructure
  • Training, support and territory terms

Identity and expansion

  • Brand, legal entity, category and review contact
  • Existing outlets and operating cities
  • Priority expansion cities, stated separately

Your team needs to be able to share its current fee, royalty, area requirements and investment range. A saved draft can be completed across multiple sessions before payment.

Scope, delivery & evidenceOne brand submission + validation and review

The fee covers validation and review.

BrandReach is a separate, one-time onboarding workflow for one brand submission. Review timing is stated on the submission page in working days from payment. Publication requires an operator decision and is not guaranteed.

  • Payment cannot increase a recommendation score or buy priority placement.
  • No investor leads, identities or contact details are included.
  • This onboarding fee is separate from the investor decision packs.

The evidence stays visible.

Brand-supplied information remains labelled franchise-provided unless independently verified. Shortlist counts measure deliberate saves, not enquiries or sales. Investors should confirm current commercial terms directly with the franchisor.

Understand our methodology
What useful feedback does the review provide?

You can see automated validation findings, a publication-readiness checklist and a comparison of your supplied terms with comparable formats in the category. The comparison identifies advantages and trade-offs in those terms; it does not promise investor interest or publication.

How do I follow questions and progress?

Reviewer questions and your replies stay attached to the submission, with email notifications. The listing shows what each stage is waiting on and the review turnaround from payment. If that period is exceeded, the listing directs you to the support route.

How are our details represented after publication?

Supplied commercial terms replace relevant model defaults; omitted values can still use template assumptions. The catalogue export excludes review contact details. Brand-supplied figures remain labelled franchise-provided unless independently verified, and investors still need to confirm current terms with you.
